For this patient, the goal of treatment was a complete rebuild of the entire bite, and a repositioning of the jaw, without the teeth being ground down in any way. Dr. Muslin was able to save all the patient's existing natural enamel. As the patient did not have any crowns or dental work and was cavity-free, Dr. Muslin used his own personal ceramist to develop the porcelain veneers for this patient, using a customized bonding technique that produces a result which is amazingly durable and natural in appearance.

The Treatment

Diagnostic Visualization
Dr. Muslin uses a technique called diagnostic visualization, in which he examines the patient while watching her talk, laugh, and smile. Using digital photographs and an MTV rapid movement approach, combined with the use of diagnostic wax up and complex tomography scans, Dr. Muslin is able to complete the treatment over a number of stages which allows a natural adaptation over time on the part of the patient.
